Yesterday, I had a small lapse in judgement. It happens to everyone. I did not let this get me off track however. Today I did not go to the gym because I was completely swamped with work and other things around the house. I did get to walk with my sweet daughter and that's pretty much all I did today.
Here's how my food shaked out today.
For some reason, I didn' eat much at all, i didn't do all that much activity today so it wasn't too bad. I will be increasing carb intake tomorrow along with my calories to fully fuel my workout. Can't wait to get back to it.
