Day 15 - Tired so Tired

Weight loss can be tiring! Today I woke up and felt bleh from the beginning. I know it's because my carbs are cut down drastically again, but got to do what you got to do. I woke up and had some coffee, we were out of eggs so I ate the left over fajitas from a couple of days ago. At lunch time I went on a walk to the grocery store, it was around 1.4 miles, I also planned on doing some more at night, but we had a big storm.

Days like this can be discouraging, but you have to listen to your body. Some days you just have to relax and not do anything. I also didn't eat very many calories today either, from lack of options. This should never happen. Tomorrow I am going to make sure we have things in the house that I can eat, so I don't feel so blah. I will probably eat something again tonight, but nothing large.

Tomorrow is chest and triceps and abs. So I better be ready for it. I want to increase my weight big time tomorrow so I will eat a pretty large breakfast and a piece of fruit most likely.


  1. Hey Nate, I can absolutely understand where you are coming from.... I have had hundreds of blah days, and dieting is so exhausting. One of the hardest things I have ever done in my life is lose 110 pounds. I have my ups and downs and cheat days, but keep pushing through you are halfway there what an accomplishment! I admire any one who loses weight, for that is a great challenge
